Where We Ship

VeloraCare ships within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally, but we're working on it — check back soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $50): 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (orders under $50): $5.99 — 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 — 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your VeloraCare account or contacting us at support@veloracare.health with your order number.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 24 hours — carrier GPS can sometimes update early. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
