30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident ordering from VeloraCare. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • The lavender roller and other personal-use consumables are non-returnable once opened, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@veloracare.health with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the items back at your cost (we recommend using a tracked service)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
