How to Return or Request a Refund

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at support@veloracare.health with your order number and a brief note about what didn't work for you. We'll respond within 24 business hours with your options.

What We Offer

  • Full refund — if the kit genuinely didn't help, we'll refund your full purchase price.
  • Exchange — if an item arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • Store credit — if you'd prefer to try a different product, we'll issue store credit for the full amount.

Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We do not require you to return the product — we trust our customers.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs on returns (if applicable) are covered by VeloraCare.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will reship the correct items immediately at no charge.
